‘The Last Goodbye’ which is the first-ever Holocaust survivor testimonial in room-scale VR, was co-created by Gabo Arora and Ari Palitz and produced by executive director of USC Shoah Foundation, Stephen Smith.
MPC’s Tim Dillon, OTOY’s Jonathan Dotan, Here Be Dragon’s Patrick Milling Smith and Samantha Storr, and Within’s Chris Milk also produced the project.
The Lumiere Awards recognize outstanding international achievement in the creation of immersive storytelling using advanced visual technologies. It is a part of The Advanced Imaging Society, which honors content and experiences produced mediums such as film, television and advertising.
