Samsung, Charge

MPC and CHI lead a colossal beachfront charge for Samsung

MPC worked closely with Director Romain Gavras and CHI to guide a cast of hundreds in an impressive charge along a beachfront to showcase the incredible features of Samsung’s new television, which can be controlled with voice recognition and motion sensors. Featuring helicopters, Marie Antoinette, Maori warriors and a dinosaur to name a few, the spot required a huge amount of organization and intense attention to detail.

MPC VFX Supervisor Rob Walker led the VFX team and supervised the 2-week shoot in New Zealand. “The shoot was fantastic. There was a great atmosphere with such a huge cast and costume department. Working with Romain for the first time was definitely a highlight, he has a very cool approach to film-making and was very collaborative to work with.” Rob said.
