MPC starts 2018 on a winning streak as four VES advertising nominations roll in

Samsung ‘Ostrich’ picks up an impressive grand total of three nominations, and Heineken ‘The Trailblazers’ also makes the 16th annual VES Awards shortlist

The VES Awards recognise and honour the most outstanding VFX of the year across film, animation, TV, commercials and games – and the artists, producers and supervisors who created them. Following yesterday’s hotly anticipated announcement, MPC has been shortlisted for a grand total of four nominations: an impressive three for the stunning Samsung ‘Ostrich’ and one for Heineken ‘The Trailblazers’ across VFX, Animation, Compositing and Simulation.

Awarding people at the pinnacle of creative excellence, the 2018 shortlist is testament to the outstanding artistry, storytelling and craft of MPC’s VFX artists, who produced one of the most awarded ads of last year for Samsung, and delivered a Hollywood-inspired epic for Heineken.
