George began his colour grading career in 1996 working on music videos and quickly transitioned to commercials as well as long-form drama. In 2014, he received Best Colourist at the UK Music Video Awards for his work on Paloma Faith's stylish promo ‘Can’t Rely on You.’ He also won in 2007 for Gnarls Barkley’s “Who Cares” and has featured in Televisuals Top 10 Best Colourist poll four times.
His recent spots include Edeka "2117", directed by Matthijs Van Heijningen, and Honda "Up", directed by Pedro Martin Calero, for which he won Best Colourist at the British Arrows in 2017.
His longform credits include working with director Aoife McCardle on her debut feature film Kissing Candice.
